Not just offering great vintage and thrifted housewares, novelties, decor and more, Vintage Picnic is a company with values. I believe strongly in recycling and doing my part for the planet and as such, I use recycled materials when at all possible to package orders. Items are shipped in packing peanuts and newspaper from things that have been shipped to me in the past. Boxes are scrounged and collected from various sources to use for shipping your packages. I also recycle in my work space, recycling envelopes, paper, plastics, bags, and other waste resulting from the day to day running of the business. When you shop at Vintage Picnic, you can also rest assured that you will receive excellent customer care. My customers are important to me, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. I can be reached any time for any reason at my email address: support@vintagepicnic.com or if necessary, by phone at: 403-467-3499. Owner and Operator: Laura Hardie I am a one woman show operating out of my home. I find and collect vintage pieces that remind me of my own childhood, or items that were manufactured during the generation that soon followed. These items were produced during the 1970s and 1980s, and are not what our mother's would have considered vintage. In fact, it's almost hard for me to realize that the 80s were twenty years ago now! An extra special item that you will find at Vintage Picnic (and nowhere else!) are my picnic baskets! I have re-lined these thrifted baskets with cute modern fabrics and outfitted them with sets of thrifted and vintage containers, accessories and cutlery. These are truly unique, offering a personal touch that just won't be found in a regular plastic fitted picnic set. When I am not busy working on Vintage Picnic, I can also be found creating content for my newest online blogzine, Living Cozy. I also have four dogs whom I love very much, despite the sheer volume of hair they shed and dirt they track into my house. I play roller derby during the on season and love to travel. It's a busy but exciting life, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Photos of Me:
